Most of the tenants in the area especially owner of Sole Folks, Akil West wants to work with other tenants to save the area.
The only issue…?
A Six Million Dollar bill that it will take but Akil is willing to write the check with the right moves in place. But media simply stated that if they dont want the town to become gentrified, they need to buy more than just homes.
